2. What we collect
When you submit our audit request form we collect: your name, company name, website URL (optional), email address, phone number, your stated marketing budget range, and the problem you describe. We also record the marketing source that brought you to the site (UTM parameters) and standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
3. How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your audit, and — if you become a client — deliver our services. We do not sell your data, add you to newsletters you didn’t ask for, or share it with third parties except the processors below.
4. Processors we rely on
Form delivery (Web3Forms), email, analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), and hosting (our CDN provider). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
5. Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you, then delete it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within one business day.
6. Cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
